It often surprises people to know that my academic background is in electrical engineering, pursuing it from ITE, Singapore Polytechnic and later, the Nanyang Technological University. However, when I was in my last university year thinking hard about my career choice, I realised that:
"I did not want to devote my life to circuits."
I wanted to be in a profession that positively impacts the lives of others and empowers them to achieve their full potential.
